Rosa Oršuš



Rosa Oršuš is an ambitious Roma woman who completed her specialist graduate studies in public administration in Osijek. Born into a family of eight in the Roma settlement of Piškorovec and raised in challenging living conditions, she found the strength and determination to achieve her educational goals despite all obstacles. After finishing primary school, she enrolled in the Economic and Trade School to become a commercialist. During her high school education, she lived in a student dormitory, where she received encouragement to pursue further education.

After graduating from high school, Rosa began studying administrative law in Požega and earned her degree as a certified administrative lawyer. She later continued her education in a specialist master's program in public administration in Osijek. Her vision is to work in the public sector, where she can help young Roma men and women achieve their educational goals and raise awareness about their rights.

Her future aspiration is to actively participate in civil society projects that increase awareness among young Roma about the importance of education. Through her story and dedication, Rosa serves as an inspiration to her community, encouraging new generations to overcome barriers and follow the path of education as the key to a better future.
